Quietly making its way through the Scottish Parliament’s legislative process is a bill on Human Trafficking and Exploitation.

Not as popular or trendy among Scotland’s new social movements as, say, land reform or gender-based quotas, it is nevertheless a draft law worthy of close scrutiny.
